OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $476,600 COMPLETION DATE: 11/06/2026

Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications available from May Engineering at a non refundable
cost of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) for hard copies and at no cost for electronic files. Documents may be
ordered by emailing jmitchell@may-eng.com. The bidder shall be responsible to coordinate and obtain Addenda (if any)
with May Engineering.

All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products,
materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, the contractor compliance with the equal
